Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Standard Domestic Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing
Expedited Domestic Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing
Please note that total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages Boss Queen Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bossqueenjewelry@yahoo.com with photos of the damage and we will make it right.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
